• By accessing or using the Nairobi application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. 

• Nairobi is an indoor navigation tool designed to assist users in navigating museum spaces using augmented reality and computer vision technology. The application is provided "as is" and "as available" for informational and navigational purposes only. 

• As detailed in our Privacy Policy, Nairobi does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. The application uses your device's camera exclusively for local real-time navigation processing. No visual data is recorded or sent to external servers. 

When using Nairobi, you agree to:

• Use the application in a safe manner, remaining aware of your physical surroundings at all times to avoid accidents or injury.

• Respect the rules and regulations of the museums or premises you are visiting.

• Use the application only for its intended purpose and not to engage in any unlawful or harmful activity.

• All intellectual property rights related to the Nairobi application, including software code, design, logos, and content, are the exclusive property of Next Vision. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. 

• Nairobi is provided as a navigation aid. Next Vision shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application. Users are responsible for their own safety and for following local museum guidelines. 

• Next Vision reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms of Use periodically; continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any changes. 

• These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy.
